Projects Development

Wind and solar energy make a significant contribution to energy production around the World.

A central part of our activity is projects development. In the coming years, our goal is to implement many projects with capacities ranging from 10MW to 500MW.

We are a professional Partner throughout the entire project development process:

identifying appropriate areas for investment

representing before the energy operator
obtaining all necessary documentation and permits
obtaining connection condtions to the grid
obtaining building permits

Investment Product

For investors looking for safe, stable and profitable sources of income, we have prepared an investment proposal regarding joining a Joint Venture to develop photovoltaic farm projects in Romania.

The project involves developing photovoltaic farms projects until the stage of obtaining the connection conditions to the grid, and then selling them to further customers - external Investors.

The projects are implemented within the structures of targeted companies (SPV), whose shareholders are Hexa Sun Solutions and Partner / Investor entities. The business model provides that in return for the contributed capital and the fulfilment of financial SPV commitments, Partners / Investors will acquire shares in SPV sold together with ready-made projects.

Investment Land Bank

When, as a result of our assessment, we consider a given area suitable for investment in the field of renewable energy, we take the necessary steps in cooperation with the owners to jointly adapt appropriate solutions depending on the investment and financial assumptions.

On this basis, we build a bank of land, which we gradually allocate for investment on our own or with appropriate Investors, providing the land owners with appropriate remuneration.

Our professional relationships with Investors, land owners, authorities and local Partners ensure minimization of risks associated with project development.

To meet the expectations of comprehensive service for our clients, in cooperation with local Partners, we offer additional services in the field of:
